It is important that the products you send back are properly packaged so that they do not end up damaged while being shipped. To do so, make sure they are properly protected and ideally in their original packaging.

The products must not have been used. They must be returned in their entirety, unsoiled and undamaged with intact blister.

The parcels for which we could not identify the sender (first name, last name, address, order number) will not be able to be taken back.

The said product (or products) refund will be made within 30 days upon receipt of your return parcel. The refund is processed according to the payment method used when ordering and the billing address. The total refund will be transfered to you upon the receipt of the totality of the order.

The return parcel’s shipping costs remain at your expense. You can pay the return shipping costs directly to the transporter you will choose.
